I learned tonight at bed check time at the shelter in Brampton on September 17 that Dorm #1 has a bunk bed #8. I am in the common area using a folding cot #8 . Not to be confused by the same numbers. Number# 1 to 15 are overlapping beds 1 to 15 (in the dormitory) and folding cots 1 to 15 (in the common area only between 22h00 at night to 07h00 in the morning). They should number folding cots from 101 to 115 to avoid confusion between beds and cots.  Letter given to me by the office staff on September 07 was for bed #8 to see a housing case worker on September 08. Letter did not was for cot #8. So somebody used me as a replacement for bed #8 because my foldinng cot is #8. Something to think about. This was the winter coat used by { Khalid Mahmood} fromn2018 to 2022 bought from Talize in Hamilton. This winter coat was left behind in Hamilton along with other property due to a illegal occupation and illegal entry by the manger of rent receiver on June 19 of 2022. After that incident of June 19,  I was in a shelter in Hamilton upuntill July 22 of 2022. Since July 22 of 2022 I live in Brampton, referred to a shelter by 211 provincial service. Now I am using different winter coat made by V&D a Dutch company. Since winter coat shown above in the picture was not in my possession I bought another winter coat in Brampton in September,  also from Talize near Kennedy/Steeles. Rent amount was listed as Shelter cost on OW Stub/Statement. Shelter cost which was paid to OW recipients on monthly basis does not refer to money payable to public shelters rather it refers to amount of money paid as rent to a landlord. Generally speaking any private place where humans live is some kind of a shelter from something/protection. Example a bus shelter etc. Another reason they call it shelter cost because it provides only basic housing not a fully equipped home, just as a temporary measure. But it does not imply cost for a public shelter, because when someone uses a public shelter due to a housing emergency is not required to pay to the shelter, although one can choose to donate something as a personal choice but not required by law. Rented house is a private shelter not a public shelter. This card is just a debit card linked to a chequing account like any chequing account has a debit card linked. But merchants and card holders are not educated enough about it. Grocery stores and some merchants think that this is a credit card. Wrong assumption, wrong answer. President's choice / Loblaws grocery store (the parent or partner company) thinks that this is a pre paid card. Again wrong answer. I was told so by a person at the customer service desk of a grocery store. So, why so much roumers and wrong information around these things. I wonder. Authorities Please consider to issue me a plane ticket so I go back to my previous contract/ country of residence. A plane ticket will be cheaper than to keep me on social assistance. OW Social assistance is not issuing standard monthly amounts that a person in need is eligible for. I am a highly qualified and experienced person and have decided to return to claim my previous residency in Jubail Saudi Arabia. My complaint to Legal Clinic is not about reduction, it is about holding standard social assistance amounts. I would like to sit with some one to understand what paper work is required. My financials have not changed since file was terminated due to age 65. Which led me to seek shelter in Hamilton at 94 York Blvd after consulting with several agencies in Hamilton due to housing emergency.

Who is writing these messages. This person made a committment on September 18/19 to email to me a completed a lease form but on September 20 she is in violation of her committment. Is this normal in Canada to Swindle people like this. How come OW allows this kind of behaviour from landlords to Swindle money from people on Ontario Works social assistance. Following has happened on more than once occasion, multiple ocuurances of the event that when I use the bathroom at night around 3 or 4 am (which I s occasional), people follow me including security guard, enter the bathroom just a mibutbir 2 later, and ask me my bed number. Can't they wait for me to come out of the bathroom and than ask for the bed number. I am not sure if same heppens to others as well or not, or what is the reason to pick on me for this purpose. I saw a security kid at the entrance of a Freshco grocery store around 09h15 on September 18 of 2022 in Malton located adjacent to the Mall and Shoppers drug Mart. He was looking at me as I was entering, I engaged him and I asked him "what do you here", he replied security. I asked him "as security what do you do", he said catch thieves. I asked him how many thieves have you caught. He said just started three days ago (I e. no thieves were caught). I said if people steal food means they were hungry.  He also said they inform police of the theft. I said why put people in prison for food theft, send them to food bank. He was at the entrance. Exit is away from entrance, how will he know who was stealing. In my opinion he was positioned at the entrance by the illegal people working inside to alert the illegals about authorities entering and so they go in hiding. a security guard came out this morning around 06h05 on September 15 right after me when I was standing near the wooden table before heading out. And said staff wants to talk to me. I said ok, I will go inside to talk to them In few minutes. He said no, you go with me. Very hostile behaviour of the security guards in a shelter. Shelter is a place where people go when there is housing emergency. When I entered the shelter I was told very angrily by a new staff (an old woman, never seen before) that I can not use side door which has a shelter sign on it. I said no one told me that before. She became more angry and was stammering. Squinting woman was standing right next to her. Perhaps she was behind all this. I was told to fold the cot before I go out. Squinting woman said good work. I said I am not host, I am guest. At this time squinting woman got upset started giving a lecture, a long talk. Squinting woman is the same woman who said your mother is not here and I said my mother has died
