Generally speaking, people do not change name, rather it is just that in some countries people use Mr. with First name, and in some countries people use Mr. with Family name. There is no universal standard around the globe about it. The only standard is to use Mr. with complete name with out truncating or without splitting the name to avoid ambiguity . Same person or same name in Asian countries or middle Eastern countries, Saudi Arabia would look different than in western countries, because in Eastern countries it is respect to use Mr. with first name (i.e. Given name) and in Western countries USA, Canada it is respect to use Mr. with the family name, for the same person/same name. So it is not change of name, it is just placement of Mister some times with the first name and some times with the last name which makes it look like two different names (or two different individuals) for the same name/person. Perhaps fraud makers and/or new makers benefit from it by making a
