Defective fixture in the kitchen. Marks on the firdge door in the kitchen. Closet door in the bedroom not opening. Some damage to the floor tiles in the living room. Some information reproduced from the back of a card of the shelter given to me by one of the workers. this information Contradicts the arbitrary rules made by the staff on the spot when I ask them for something, e.g. to enter the dinning area etc. Posted on July 26 of 2023
Recently I was told by one of the staff that resident can not enter the dinning area after 11h20, after 11h20 residents enter was the community for meal. This information is clearly in contradiction to what was printed on this card. This is just one example. There will.be many more. OCTranspo Quality of Service has gone down - 07/22/2023 Posted around 11h15- 10h54 bus arrived at 11h25 (perhaps conspiracy, manoeuvring by controlling buses to make me miss my lunch). during few days of bed move it was dinner that was not given to me.

Now I was assigned to a upper bed in another crowded form. I can not climb the upper bed because of my age 66.5, I am a age senior. Parking spots at St. Laurent Mall where I used to park my Pontiac Grand AM before and after Bilal was born in Ottawa. Spot was used after birth as well as new born's concession/privileges. I am East born but two of my children are west born. My eldest son is also East born. So two East born and two West born, a balanced family. my OC Trasnspo weekly pass issued to me by a kind OW case worker at 370 Catherine Street based on my verbal application. Validity of this weekly pass is from July 03 to July 10. But QR code scanners on the OC Trasnspo buses are not able to read the QR code on the pass, so I show it to the bus driver for visual inspection at the time of boarding the bus.
