Who is writing these messages. This person made a committment on September 18/19 to email to me a completed a lease form but on September 20 she is in violation of her committment. Is this normal in Canada to Swindle people like this. How come OW allows this kind of behaviour from landlords to Swindle money from people on Ontario Works social assistance.

This is very disturbing and a human rights issue.
