I wonder if they want to switch their role with the customer to avoid their tax responsibilities by showing someone else as the merchant. Or something else. Something to think about. I asked him to issue me the customer copy of the transaction but he avoided by saying that it is the same information. I mentioned this to him, not to use my customer copy for any reason, it would be illegal to use customer copy for any other reason. I did not authorize him to use it. ---------------- another merchant ------------------- Another merchant by the name of "Station Express cafe" in the basement of Marriott hotel in downtown Ottawa (also accessible by floor 3 of the elevator at Lyon O-Train station) was keeping the customer transaction receipts and issuing merchant receipts as was noticed by me on November 27 of 2023 in the morning between 09h00 and 10h00. My lease was signed on July 28th in the presence of a witness, which was effective August 01 of 2023. August 2023 and September 2023  rent was paid by OW social assistance direct to OCH. October 2023 rent was paid by myself as per the attached receipt.  OCH records show a amount owing. How is that possible. Is it due to malicious intents or something else. Are they looking at someone else's past records and showing in my file. Something to think about. My appeal is on my website www.m0168.org . Please help me. This is a serious matter. Upon my visit to a branch of Scotia Bank, around 12h45 an officer researched the payment and determined that the teller of the bank who received that payment made an error and payment was made to OCH but to another tenant. This is very strange. It all seems to be well ochastrated and synchronized efforts to make situation worst by such mistakes. Not my mistakes, some one else's mistakes. Can the system be trusted anymore. Something to think about

In a recent transaction at a TD branch located at Bank and Heron it was noticed that they still print the customer name without a comma on transaction receipts, slips and documents, which does not match with any of the IDs. They should address this matter immediately, that documents they issue must match the customer name with one of the IDs. At the time of opening/setting up a new account they always ask for IDs, so after opening an account for all the future transactions name on the documents issued by them must match with one of the IDs. another merchant in Ottawa tried to give me merchant copy, tried to give me a bill print out but after bit of pursuatiin printed card holder copy which shows duplicate at multiple spots. posted on October 04 of 2023. So if the merchants keep the card holder copy of the payment receipt, can they claim the card because of the card holder copy remains with them in the machine. ?? Banks, financial institutions and govt. should enforce some rules on this questionable, unacceptable and fraudulent practice of the low level retail merchants. It would be logical and legal that merchants should keep merchant copy and customers should keep card holder copy. Something to think about.
