I used to work in Dhahran Saudi Arabia in 1988 when a group of people connected to my mother got me setup for marriage through a match maker. Years was most likely 1997, when Kryton Systems/Insheel Inc assigned me for some work with a Nortel group working out of Robertson Rd building next to General Dynamics in Ottawa Ontario Canada. One Engineer of the group asked me if I was married to a foreigner. It was a bit strange question for me, perhaps he assumed that I was born in Canada, another Engineer of the same group knew that I was a landed immigrant. I paid cash CAD $25.00 and used card to pay small change (change which was less than CAD $5.00). I pay to the retail stores at the check out for the products and services I buy from them as a customer. I am not their employer neither their sponsor to pay them in that capacity. Also I am not a cash or tax collectorof any territory in Ottawa, to pay them their cut/share. I have documented this issue in my precautionary notes as well many years ago. In 1995 when I was a project hire for Bechtel corporation in San Francusco, a credit card company issued a credit card with a visa logo and spending limit of $500.00 and a picture on it which was taken on the spot during application process. In opinion, and perhaps historians might confirm/compare it with the situations in past that Dishonest, unpolpular and corrupt govts use excessive security forces to establish authority and regime on commoners, by putting powerless public in trouble for no real reason, just based on Hoax information, we thought this, and we thought that, we heard this and we heard that, and this might be danger etc. If the govts. were honest and had public support, they will never need to use such excessive forces to run corruption ventures and businesses under the disguise of governance. Such extra uniformed officers reflect on the insecurity of SIG and mock authority and Corrupt governance and will promote and strengthen only corrupt law enforcement, this will happen, if the law enforcement personnel were not inducted in the forces with proper procedures.

After I moved to Hamilton area in 2017, I was given a meeting with a employment counselor named "Wendy Hamilton" of OW in addition to usual case worker. OW Employment counselor filled some forms on the computer screen and filled some paper forms manually, I noticed that one of the form was filled by my first name as "KhalidMahmood" and rest of the forms were filled by my last name without comma, when I mentioned this to her, got her attention and she looked at the forms again, she acknowledged it in person when I was sitting in front of her in the office. Perhaps some one needed that form by the first name and came to pick it up during the meeting. At that moment when a woman came to pick it up, it never crossed my mind why she was taking it from "Wend Hamilton", I thought perhaps something to do with the employment related meeting, but it was not, it was something else. 

A person “bad” socially, is different in different cultures and according to family rules. Where as a person “bad” legally or “bad” from law enforcement point of view is a dangerously “bad” criminal because has no respect for the legal system of the country. Criminals and illegals are “Legally bad” based on the law of the land. Socially bads are politically motivated judgements about people’s behaviour without concrete reasoning left to the discretion of some influentials to establish authority on vulnerable people, walk this way, talk this way etc and if you don’t you will be more bad or the baddest of all times. Many times at restaurants, seating staff asked me for how many ?, I replied to them,  "me and my shadow" (i.e. which applies to me myself by my first name and last name. Methods used these days for authentication purpose on internet/websites/apps etc. for login by ordinary people for bank accounts, email accounts, shopping sites etc are bogus and just a illusion to provide a sense of protection. It was not unlikely these days (i.e. after nearly 50 years) people have made connections and have friends, insiders, position of powers, politicians, influencers,  etc working on servers, data centres to steal the exchange of numbers between servers and the end users. Having access to the login authentication numbers by insiders, means login technology was not as secure as they would tell people. Rather fraud makers and criminal minds will use these methods as hurdles for less knowledgable and honest user of technology. It is a seriou fraud / crime with fancy words coating to say they were using some one's life to sustain own life.  Why ? . It simply means it was a life long planning to end someone's life and use assets and work. Every one is given a own life so why use someone else's life. Such people can not extend their own life by ending some one else's life.

Some common phrases used in every day life of those who speak Urdu, but AI based computer translators might make completely wrong translation. 1)  کسی کو پک کر کے لا نا یا کسی کو پک کر لو For police minded people this phrase will mean to arrest some one, which is wrong, this is said to provide some one a ride to  bring to some place, instead of using a public transit or taxi. 2) کسی کو پکڑ کر لا نا  Again for polic minded people this will be to detain or arrest some one, but actually phrase is said to accompany some or to engage someone to bring to an event or to a place. Usually little children when upset, don't follow instructions, in that case elders hold children with hand or wrist to bring them to a place. This can be used for this purpose as well. 3).

In Western culture a man may be considered seriously flawed (if the divorce was not mutually agreed) and if the divorce was one sided initiated by the woman. And perhaps there may be punishments by various cultural groups for a men divorced by the woman, even if there was no legal reason for it.  But in Eastern culture a woman is a worst possible woman (unimaginable woman) who divorced a husband without a mutual agreement, a man is not considered punishable when a woman divorced a legally married husband. In Eastern culture divorce is always initiated by the husband to return the woman back to her parents, meaning woman was not acceptable. Perhaps if husband was declared missing in action, than a woman might initiate a divorce, otherwise not.

When someone says he does not go anywhere, normally parents make such statements to protect children from harm or from hostile situations. But if someone says that for an adult means they may be talking about a handicapp person or a dead person in some countries it may apply to women, because women do not go anywhere on daily basis only on some special occasions. In the year 2000/2001 when I was in Karach and was hired by CresSoft a software company in Karachi (a VP of the same company who hired me advised me to leave from the company and go back in August 2001).
