Name change is a legal matter and requires certain procedure, form filling signing the firm sat the bottom etc, to change on the IDs such as Drivers licence, travel documents etc. Requires paper work. Can be completed only by the ID issuing authority.

However, modifying profile contents including name on social media does not require any paper work or form filling, all the fields of the profile should remain editable or else do not provide access to the social media, make it a service which requires payment. People should be aware of it ahead in time before getting into it, not after setting up an account, and few months later some fields become greyed out (locked, not available to edit etc) and not editable and then to modify the fields it become a complicated matter and requires paper work. There were no defined rules for social media names, some times when a name was taken , a system generated name is suggested which includes some numbers at the end to make it unique. Industry should think better methoda to resolve such issues, to make it more useful for serious work. 
Social media or internet based profiles can not and should not be used for name change purpose. Name change is a legal process and takes place only when name was changed on legally IDs by the issuing authority. 

Similarly some services on interner such as VoIP phone, consumer loyalty programs should not require paper work to modify the contents of the profile including name etc, because these profile are not used for legal purpose, these profiles are like social media profiles, on social media names are always according to the names on the legal IDs such as Driver's licence. 

Or else as I documented earlier, that a comprehensive data base with bio metrics should be created and all the services and profiles including social media, Legal IDs etc should be a subset/derivative of the comprehensive data base which will link every profile to legal IDs.

About behaviours, Good and bad ??

During my residency in Ottawa many years ago,  someone asked me "are you behaving". I asked him in my response "if you explain to me what you mean by behaving, I will tell you, wether I was behaving or not". He had no response to it and I walked away from the situation. I wonder if there is any absolute definition of good/bad behaviour. In my opinion adult and children behaviour in a specific environment would differ drastically i.e. expectations from adults and children behaviour would be different under same environments. A person's behaviour should be adjustable according to the environments and culture. What is considered good behaviour or acceptable behaviour in one culture or region may be interpreted just opposite in another region of the world or culture or situation.
