I used to work in Dhahran Saudi Arabia in 1988 when a group of people connected to my mother got me setup for marriage through a match maker. We got married in 1989 (according to arranged marriage system of my country of birth). I have documented some of the details in my  precautionary notes and other postings on my website www.m0168.org
I applied for immigration to Canada in 1993, my mother passed away same year, by the end of the year in December 93 we arrived in Canada as landed family on ND2 category with two dependents myself, one spouse and one baby three years old. Other two children were born in Canada.
My ex who was a dependent on my immigration documents decided to divorce me (the husband) in USA Pennsylvania, without any planning, without consulting with me prior to divorce which led me to great difficulties specially when I was barely employed in Pennsylvania at low hourly wages, was not fully employed as Engineer and full professional salary.
Events after that got me in unknown and unreasonable legal troubles, non-criminal imprisonment etc, and forced return to Canada by the US authorities etc. 

Malicious intentions part, follows: 

When a divorce happens (which is rare)  in country of birth where birth communities and other family and relatives also live than the support system helps to deal with the divorce situation and restablish family life. But for immigrants (i.e. myself) in Canada who arrive independently without a family support, there was no social system (Ontario Works OW social assistance was great program for little bit of money for food and rent) for me to deal with the divorce situation and there was no future planning provided to restablish family life. I was required to refund/payback a considerable amount of OW social assistance when I became eligible for OAS/OW-CPP after the age of 65.

Which means the marriage of 1989 was preplanned driven by malicious intentions to sabotage a highly qualified Engineer professional's career and working life in a far off different land where there were no relatives to look after the effects of divorce.  

After the divorce of 20 years ago, my absence from that area where I lived before divorce and absence from my off springs daily life may have been interpreted or may have been projected as "he left home becuase he did'nt like us", although I was always in contact with the lawyers in that area and my previous employers and childrens schools, my eye doctor Dr. Rudolph for my prescription eye wear etc. They all knew where I was and what had happened to me after divorce. But no one came forward to prevent the difficulties abd damage I faced after that.

Something to think about.

About behaviours, Good and bad ??

During my residency in Ottawa many years ago,  someone asked me "are you behaving". I asked him in my response "if you explain to me what you mean by behaving, I will tell you, wether I was behaving or not". He had no response to it and I walked away from the situation. I wonder if there is any absolute definition of good/bad behaviour. In my opinion adult and children behaviour in a specific environment would differ drastically i.e. expectations from adults and children behaviour would be different under same environments. A person's behaviour should be adjustable according to the environments and culture. What is considered good behaviour or acceptable behaviour in one culture or region may be interpreted just opposite in another region of the world or culture or situation. Bahaviour in a school setting, or at home, during shipping, in a church, in a mosque, in a club, in a stadium are all require different behaviour from adults and children. There is no good ...
