TO THE ATTENTION OF ALL THOSE WHO SEE MY NAME ON THEIR COMPUTER SCREEN AS 

[MAHMOOD KHALID] like home insurance etc., and can not relate the name to a human being behind it,  please take a picture of your computer screen, use office or home printer to print the picture on a paper and insert a comma in between to make it look like ..........

[MAHMOOD, KHALID] and say it loudly twice, you will know exactly the person in the name, crystal clear, without any ambiguity and no guess work.

All the legal work done by me that I use under my name as shown by my Canadian IDs was initiated by me starting in December of 1993 after arrival in Canada, including, my IDs based on my immigration papers/landing papers (there was no use of PR card at time, landing paper was the only document accepted and in use at that time), bank accounts, OW social assistance since 2006, bankruptcy, travel/air plane records, employment records, tax documents and other documents, pay cheques, rental leases, rent receipts etc. all were initiated and generated since December of 1993. There was nothing else absolutely nothing else in my use by me which was generated by somebody else prior to December 1993 under similar name as me. Because everything I use was based on numbers such as IDs and accounts which are unique for every individual and can not be shared by anyother person and can not be transferred to any one else. Around 2020 and after that, OW social assistance Hamilton office started issuing documents without any file number, which I pointed out and got fixed. This will be hard and difficult for the new comers and inexperienced learners to understand. I am not using, never used any pre December 1993 assets in Canada in any form or shape.

Also I wrote my name in both formats as per my IDs on a affidavit submitted to Service Canada in 2023 for OAS paper work, which was a sworn statement signed by City of Ottawa Commissioner.
