Bad memories from the Past - updated July 08 of 2025

When I Iived in Hamilton Ontario Canada L8V1V3, at the Fennell Ave. East address, many times it happened that people approached me around the building and spoke to me to socialize, Cheeze zaatar staff used to interfere in the conversation and tell them on my face not talk to me. 

On one occasion a Persian Irani speaking person interfered when I was talking to a Service Canada counter staff at the Hamilton City hall. Service Canada used to open a counter at the Hamilton City Hall once a week perhaps on a Friday. 

A middle eastern woman (perhaps, because of the dress/appearance) interfered with my bill payment or some similar transaction at a TD branch after Bank officer wanted me to wait for few minutes. Recently Branch was closed.

These are just some of the incidences of such interference which were noticable by me on the spot.


Perhaps something to do with the rights of Citizens in Canada when they were on OW social assistance as a recipients of the assistance (may be different for OW employees). I was told in one the meeting by a OW case worker in 2006/2007 quote"you have no rights" unquote, I am sure must have been documented in my OW file comments. I was not on that program by choice, I was forced by artificially created circumstances to fallback on OW social assistance program, was not provided any employment opportunity despite attending many programs in Ottawa, rather I was blocked from it to keep my OW file open, because I used to declare my income from employment on OW monthly reports which used to cause the OW file to close. 

In USA and Canada family matters are handled by the family courts, not by any other agency, to the best of my knowledge. One of OW case workers said in a meeting in 2007/2008 quote" go to city hall to denounce your marriage" unquote, that was again a unusual information given to me like the previously documented information regarding citizen's rights while on OW. I was married in 1989 at home in Karachi Pakistan several years before immigration to Canada in 1993 and was divorced in USA, went to the family court in Buchs County in April 2005. Because of this Canadian Family law was NOT involved in my marriage or divorce.

About behaviours, Good and bad ??

During my residency in Ottawa many years ago,  someone asked me "are you behaving". I asked him in my response "if you explain to me what you mean by behaving, I will tell you, wether I was behaving or not". He had no response to it and I walked away from the situation. I wonder if there is any absolute definition of good/bad behaviour. In my opinion adult and children behaviour in a specific environment would differ drastically i.e. expectations from adults and children behaviour would be different under same environments. A person's behaviour should be adjustable according to the environments and culture. What is considered good behaviour or acceptable behaviour in one culture or region may be interpreted just opposite in another region of the world or culture or situation. Bahaviour in a school setting, or at home, during shipping, in a church, in a mosque, in a club, in a stadium are all require different behaviour from adults and children. There is no good ...
