Services provided to consumers by merchants, businesses and all other entities and agencies over the internet are not perfected yet. Because of use of internet technology human to human interaction has been reduced drastically which is beneficial for the businesses due to reduced operating costs but not beneficial for the consumers. This encourages negative forces and fraud makers to not achieve perfection in services they provide.  Because they have no fear of immediate human reaction/retaliation, by email or by phone all matters don’t get resolved and some times require in person sessions. Think tanks and policy makers should look into such matters on regular basis and provide guide lines which are in favour of everybody.
