to the attention of senior management of OC transpo and city officials dated November 18 of 2023 around 14h00

November 18 of 2023: around 13h45, I came across a flaw in the OC transpo system, at the st. Laurent station, I tapped my card when train was about to arrive in two minutes, machine said already tapped,  so what is the solution to enter the platform, I called OC transpo in video chat, I was told I need to wait for 5 minutes before gate opens, very strange solution, I showed my presto, he said stop showing me the presto, so why OC transpo officer was not able to open the gate for me to take the "city tram" called "O-train". Something to think about. Already tapped, means fare has been paid so what is the wisdom behind not opening the gate remotely to access the platform. OC transpo should answer this question. OC transpo should be concerned whether fare was paid or not, already tapped means fare was paid. This is bad and unfriendly customer service of OC transpo towards regular and monthly senior pass holders.
