rent paid at Scotia bank for the month of October 2023

My lease was signed on July 28th in the presence of a witness, which was effective August 01 of 2023.
August 2023 and September 2023
 rent was paid by OW social assistance direct to OCH. October 2023 rent was paid by myself as per the attached receipt. 
OCH records show a amount owing. How is that possible. Is it due to malicious intents or something else. Are they looking at someone else's past records and showing in my file. Something to think about. My appeal is on my website www.m0168.org. Please help me. This is a serious matter.
Upon my visit to a branch of Scotia Bank, around 12h45 an officer researched the payment and determined that the teller of the bank who received that payment made an error and payment was made to OCH but to another tenant. This is very strange. It all seems to be well ochastrated and synchronized efforts to make situation worst by such mistakes. Not my mistakes, some one else's mistakes. Can the system be trusted anymore. Something to think about.
OW social assistance file was closed without preparing me for it, what to expect, how to handle after the file closure.
I paid my own rent at Scotia bank but payment was applied to a different tenant instead of applying to my apartment 307. Many more such mistakes and deliberate on purpose errors. Please help me based on my appeal posted on my website www.m0168.org

Almost monthly fire alarm practice in this building since I live here (August 01 of 2023, lease was signed on July 28 of 2023 in the presence of two witnesses). This is very unusual. OCH Ottawa community housing should look into the root cause of it. It is inconvenient for seniors to go out of the building in cold weather. This is a seniors building. Unimaginable to have this event on monthly basis where seniors live. Perhaps even student housings do not get so frequent for alarms. When I lived in USA before 2005, it was only once that I heard such fire alarm in the housing and only once at place of work. Never again .  But in Ottawa, in this Building this a monthly activity, perhaps due to the Fire departments training centre in the neighbourhood at 900 Industrial. Is fire department using this building for training their new hires. When I came back to the building by 17h45, fire trucks were not around the building and there was no sign of fire. Don't believe liar's lies. I am not hiding, I am a rent paying monthly tenant in this building VIA apartments #504 since May 02, which briefly overlapped with my previous apartment 301 on 3rd street nearby about 15 minutes walk from here. I am NOT (absolutely NOT) hiding, I never have. There was no need, no reason for me to go in the hiding. Most likely impostors who were using a name {Khalid Mahmood} which links to me because of IDs were hiding. So opposite interpretation to misguid others (like in politics) would be to say {Khalid Mahmood} was hiding. No, never. I am not in cat and mouse game, i.e. when the cat comes mouse goes in the hiding. I wrote about it earlier as well when I was in Canada.
