who wrote this sign on my door please help me, I needed a emergency flight to leave from Canada. these students are telling me to leave by the morning of February 17 of 2923 by 10h00. Please help me urgently.

Who wrote this sign on my door.  Whose handwriting is this.

This sign kept me out of my rented residential place all night on February 17/18 of 2023 in cold weather. No warning Centres and shelter space,  neither money for a hotel on Family Day 2023 long weekend.

Is this sign (and/or the verbal reasoning of cousins arriving etc.) legally sufficient to keep me out of my rented space.
