Why this store is issuing duplicate receipts.// Brand changed on August 27 of 2021

This retail convenience store which is located downstairs in the adjacent building (next to cheezaatar restaurant) is issuing duplicate receipts, I wonder why ? what do they do with the first receipt.

store changed it's brand to another brand on August 27 of 2021.
