wallmart and Dollarama selling only food as essentials (in Hamilton Ontario Canada: - very strange

Two locations of Dollarama Stores in Hamilton did not (refused to sell) sell Bath towel and face towel to me on Saturday June 05 of 2021 because these items were not essential items as per the essential items list provided by the govt. Unbelievable/strange.
