In 1995 when I was a project hire for Bechtel corporation in San Francusco, a credit card company issued a credit card with a visa logo and spending limit of $500.00 and a picture on it which was taken on the spot during application process. After nearly 30 years PC financials in Canada is still keeping my card at $500.00 limit, perhaps something to show similarity with past (perhaps) but without a picture on the card.  I wonder if some people want every one to live a life like they were in childhood or as a student, than they will all be below certain people. After I completed my 12 years of schooling HSC (i.e. before getting admission in Engineering School) , I attempted to get inducted in merchant Navy but since I was not stout, I was determined not suitable for merchant navy work, so I joined Karachi Ship yard as an intern (in the drawings/blue prints storage facility) to learn from the Engineers/draftsmen.  Getting admission in Engineering School was tough and based on merit list (starting from the highest marks), lot of candidates used to compete for limited seats.  After about spending one year in intern role at Katachi Shipyard, I decided to quit the job to get back to my path to Engineering Degree, my marks/grades of a year before were still relevant and got me a seat in the Engineering School known as DCET at that time, later on several name changes. In opinion, and perhaps historians might confirm/compare it with the situations in past that Dishonest, unpolpular and corrupt govts use excessive security forces to establish authority and regime on commoners, by putting powerless public in trouble for no real reason, just based on Hoax information, we thought this, and we thought that, we heard this and we heard that, and this might be danger etc. If the govts. were honest and had public support, they will never need to use such excessive forces to run corruption ventures and businesses under the disguise of governance. Such extra uniformed officers reflect on the insecurity of SIG and mock authority and Corrupt governance and will promote and strengthen only corrupt law enforcement, this will happen, if the law enforcement personnel were not inducted in the forces with proper procedures.

After I moved to Hamilton area in 2017, I was given a meeting with a employment counselor named "Wendy Hamilton" of OW in addition to usual case worker. OW Employment counselor filled some forms on the computer screen and filled some paper forms manually, I noticed that one of the form was filled by my first name as "KhalidMahmood" and rest of the forms were filled by my last name without comma, when I mentioned this to her, got her attention and she looked at the forms again, she acknowledged it in person when I was sitting in front of her in the office. Perhaps some one needed that form by the first name and came to pick it up during the meeting. At that moment when a woman came to pick it up, it never crossed my mind why she was taking it from "Wend Hamilton", I thought perhaps something to do with the employment related meeting, but it was not, it was something else. 

A person “bad” socially, is different in different cultures and according to family rules. Where as a person “bad” legally or “bad” from law enforcement point of view is a dangerously “bad” criminal because has no respect for the legal system of the country. Criminals and illegals are “Legally bad” based on the law of the land. Socially bads are politically motivated judgements about people’s behaviour without concrete reasoning left to the discretion of some influentials to establish authority on vulnerable people, walk this way, talk this way etc and if you don’t you will be more bad or the baddest of all times. When people in power, victimize a singled out person to make others happy politically or personal gains or charge people by mistake or falsely than people are forced to not obey as a protest. Many times at restaurants, seating staff asked me for how many ?, I replied to them,  "me and my shadow" (i.e. which applies to me myself by my first name and last name. But I tell them not to double bill me. Becausey my shadow can not consume any food. Shadow can be seen under a lot ght at an angle. Is shadow an alien being ? May be. Perhaps so. A reminder to those who are not used to live in a Country with National ID system for Identification. I was born in a country where people lived without a national ID or registration untill early 70s. That one set of ID per person means it can consist of several cards from various agencies of that country and name on the set of ID cards is one name which is composed of given name, middle name (optional) and family name (not considered as three names or three persons). Passport was the only national ID but not every one used it, it was very rare to posses a passport which was for business or travel purpose. Passport and NIC (National ID card) used full name method as one field (probably due to lack of use of databases/computers for record keeping), first name and last name method was not used. However, when travelling overseas or completing paper work / applications for western countries, first name and last was required to complete the paper work and I started writing " Khalid ...

It is a seriou fraud / crime with fancy words coating to say they were using some one's life to sustain own life.  Why ? . It simply means it was a life long planning to end someone's life and use assets and work. Every one is given a own life so why use someone else's life. Such people can not extend their own life by ending some one else's life.
