Before the use of internet and computers information and interpretation of it was handled differently. It was safe guarded by relevant people only and irrelevant people could not get to it. Similarly in this internet, social media age, flow of information and access to information should be limited to relevant people only, to prevent the misuse and fraudulent use of information. People who get access to information must have necessary minimum education level, necessary understanding of the information and matter. "I will talk to him/her" has several meanings depending on the context. But when a illitrate person, or a person in a position of power or higher social status says this pharse would mean they are referring to non-social conversation which may be from a law enforcement point of view etc, just to establish authority/ or bullyism on some one. Once I was told most people in law  enforcement or position of power are those people who have a learning disability and did not excell in acamedia. But they have a opportunity to prove it wrong. It is very easy to make people obedient under the threat of weapons or uniforms in every day normal situation. It would he nice to see a PhD qualified as a police officer in police uniform or a medical doctor as a police officer in police uniform. Banks keep a profile of consumers even without an account with just some basic information. When I lived in Hamilton Ontario Canada I applied for a personal loan from a Scotiabank branch near my residence in Hamilton, and a profile was created with Hamilton address which was updated in Brampton and also in Ottawa before the lease with OCH was signed which meant that Scotia bank profile was at shelter address when Scotiabank staff at Carleton University in 2023 approached me to setup an account for me. This account was opened after the lease and my ID was at the current residential address. But before the lease with OCH, address on my ID was waller St.  The bank officer who opened my account did not update the profile address in their system just attached a new account with the old profile without updating the address and printed paper work with shelter address which I got updated over the phone by customer service. Scotiabank entered an unauthorized unknown transasction in my account six months ago. They are not able to provide the transaction details and have not removed it from my account despite my written request and complaint to the bank. Credit memo and ABM/ATM deposit are different kind of deposits. A customer can deposit money in account at an ABM machine using the interac card issued by the bank. But credit memo method is banks internal matter, not accessible to account owner/ customers. I am not sure why the bank was asking for my consent. I have been noticing that fear mongers data collectors/information stealers go around and ask vague questions from Junior newly hired staff in businesses such as"what did he do" etc to extract quick information, in such a away or tone as if the person referred by the word "he" has done something wrong, for no reason.  Businesses and staff should be loyal to their customers not to such data / information collectors. Collectors/information stealers should go through legal requirements like any other law abiding citizen to get the information if it was required legally otherwise not. This is a matter of civil liberties that what information should be disclosed, why and to who.  They have a specific style, they go in running in the middle of the transaction and after getting the response quickly run out. about customers/consumer records, information, data bases should be protected like Bitcoin block chain ledger keeping/record keeping, to make any changes even to correct something init, entire block chain should approve it, it should not be left to a single person's authority to mess up with such records which were crucial for individuals. In the past it was heard that crooks and fraud makers targeted institutions and big corporations to defraud as a revenge or to teach them lessons for their crimes, but such techniques should not be used against individuals. Entry level junior staff should have be given the ability to alter any re words at all, even if their parents were in the same industry, because such junior entry level workers do not learn the profession fully from their resources available to them at home, they might learn or pickup on few key things to impress others but that was not the indicator for the professional proficiency and can be dangerous for the customers. When I was offered the apartment in OCH building in July 2023 by the housing workers of Ottawa Mission, I was reluctant to accept the offer because I was on OW social assistance and rent portion was not sufficient to cover the housing cost. I was forced to accept the offer by the question "as if, I was refusing (or perhaps the word  "declining" was used) the offer" and rental Subsidy was also offered to make it affordable. So, I accepted the apartment at the subsidized monthly payment offered to me. At the time of renewal of the lease in 2024 my monthly payments went up more than five times (due to reduced Subsidy) and the reason was the increas in money due to transition from OW social assisistance to OAS. But increas in money was not as much as was the increase in my monthly payments. So why reduce Subsidy.
