ALERT !! ALERT - via rail mispelled my name on my ticket, I showed my driver's licence which staff at the counter did not see. Posted September 20 of 2023. via rail staff should be careful and avoid such errors which may result in legal complications.

First time I travelled by via rail was in 1994 Toronto Union to London Ontario with John Lyng. via rail work used to be error free during those days. For several months in 1994 and perhaps 1995 as well, I used to travel weekly with JohnLyng to London Ontario for a software development project for London Life.
(Some one might interpreter this error as change of name, no it was not a change of name, because I (the passenger {Khalid Mahmood}) offered my ID to show, secondly, name was entered in the system and printed on the boarding pass by the via rail staff not by the passenger.).
