misc important information for everyone

In 1995 when I was a project hire for Bechtel corporation in San Francusco, a credit card company issued a credit card with a visa logo and spending limit of $500.00 and a picture on it which was taken on the spot during application process. After nearly 30 years PC financials in Canada is still keeping my card at $500.00 limit, perhaps something to show similarity with past (perhaps) but without a picture on the card.  I wonder if some people want every one to live a life like they were in childhood or as a student, than they will all be below certain people. When I moved to unit #2 of 671 Fennell Ave., East in Hamilton Ontario Canada in May 2017, a nearly door height and rectangle/square heavy package was delivered by few men to unit 3 (while I was in my unit) unit 3 was occupied by a unusually big belly man.
