In a recent transaction at a TD branch located at Bank and Heron it was noticed that they still print the customer name without a comma on transaction receipts, slips and documents, which does not match with any of the IDs. They should address this matter immediately, that documents they issue must match the customer name with one of the IDs. At the time of opening/setting up a new account they always ask for IDs, so after opening an account for all the future transactions name on the documents issued by them must match with one of the IDs.
