When authorities do not have the ability (or lose the ability) to analyze a situation themselves (or understand someone else's analysis) to make fair, just, honest, unbiased and long lasting decisions to resolve a dispute or a deception than authorities are no more than a pet guarding an infant.
(Instead of accepting the truth they just keep on changing the truth to make it look different and to make a fool of people, like parents do for little children, that they play make believe games with children to take the children out of certain frame of mind upset/situations because within few moments when the scene changes children forget what they were whining about before and get busy with some thing else.).

To deprive anyone of their legal rights (specially defenceless and helpless ordinary people) by using sophisticated fraud techniques and challenging them by saying "what will you do" (because no one will know and/or no will believe victims) is a serious human rights issue and a serious crime  and bullyism, because those who committ such acts are protected by positions of powers and draw strength from positions of power.
Such people committ crimes openly and ask what will you do because they have backing from higher ups in positions of power.

Monthly Tenant (in this building since 2017 May – 56 months in December 2021 – I was trapped to rent in such building, I did not ask for this address.)

A suggestion to the technical and Engineering Colleges/Universities to include some courses in their programme to prepare graduate students to learn to survive the shock and stress of govt. provided social assistance due to unemployment and unknown reasons, which I was never/not taught.

Almost monthly fire alarm practice in this building since I live here (August 01 of 2023, lease was signed on July 28 of 2023 in the presence of two witnesses). This is very unusual. OCH Ottawa community housing should look into the root cause of it. It is inconvenient for seniors to go out of the building in cold weather. This is a seniors building. Unimaginable to have this event on monthly basis where seniors live. Perhaps even student housings do not get so frequent for alarms. When I lived in USA before 2005, it was only once that I heard such fire alarm in the housing and only once at place of work. Never again .  But in Ottawa, in this Building this a monthly activity, perhaps due to the Fire departments training centre in the neighbourhood at 900 Industrial. Is fire department using this building for training their new hires. When I came back to the building by 17h45, fire trucks were not around the building and there was no sign of fire. I called the OCH to find out about this

ALERT !! ALERT - via rail mispelled my name on my ticket, I showed my driver's licence which staff at the counter did not see. Posted September 20 of 2023. via rail staff should be careful and avoid such errors which may result in legal complications.

Car #5 as was labelled on the outside of the train and inside #:3330 First time I travelled by via rail was in 1994 Toronto Union to London Ontario with John Lyng. via rail work used to be error free during those days. For several months in 1994 and perhaps 1995 as well, I used to travel weekly with JohnLyng to London Ontario for a software development project for London Life. (Some one might interpreter this error as change of name, no it was not a change of name, because I (the passenger {Khalid Mahmood}) offered my ID to show, secondly, name was entered in the system and printed on the boarding pass by the via rail staff not by the passenger.).
